Are you over 65? Have you attend Kerry General Hospital recently? If you answered yes to both these questions then you may like to avail of a unique opportunity to feedback on your experiences of KGH at their inaugural listening session with older people scheduled for Tuesday, February 23rd 2016.
This is an independently facilitated forum whereby you can freely chose to actively participate and openly share your experiences, as such Kerry Volunteer Centre is happy to create awareness of its happening. The Sessions will be between 2 and 4pm on Tuesday 23rd and will provide an opportunity for older people to engage with the HSE Quality Improvement Division and Kerry General Hospital.
The listening session will be structured in such a manner to easily facilitate older people to share their experience of the Emergency Department, Out-Patient, day case and In-patient. The feedback gathered will in turn empower older people to influence how services are reviewed, shaped and developed.
Refreshments will be provided and car parking charges will not apply. If you would like to register your interest in attending then call Nollaig Barry, Staff Officer, Quality and Patient Safety Office, on (066) 719 5665 or email her via Nollaig.Barry@hse.ie People are asked to register by Friday 12th February 2016.
