Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest takes place Saturday 4th – 11th October 2025

Held between Saturday, 4th – 11th October 2025 the Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest aims to raise awareness of the available supports and services in the county as well as empower people to engage with the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ – Connect | Give | Take Notice | Keep Learning | Be Active, through offering a dynamic and interactive programme of FREE events.

Organised by an interagency steering group, the Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest is held annually to highlight World Mental Health Day on 10th October. The organising committee is a collaboration between Connecting for Life Kerry, Healthy Kerry, Kerry County Council, Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership, the HSE, NEWKD, SKDP, SICAP, Kerry Mental Health Association, Jigsaw Kerry, Munster Technological University/Kerry, MTU Kerry Students Union, KDYS, Family Resource Centre National Forum, Kerry Library, and Kerry Volunteer Centre.

All events are FREE, registration is essential and can be done by visiting the website.  Be sure to follow #KerryMHWFest on social media too.
