- Students from Scoil Eoin, Tahilla, who celebrated the National Day of Volunteering by doing a clean up around their school and making thank you cards for those who volunteer within the school
- Students and teachers from Loughfouder National School demonstrated teamwork and a sense of community spirit when they did a clean up inside and outside their school grounds
- Maine Valley Family Resource Centre held a coffee afternoon on the National Day of Volunteering where the children presented hand-made thank you cards and a cake to volunteers
- Listowel Family Resource Centre marked the National Day of Volunteering by preparing and serving a sit-down meal for all their volunteers and presented them with a thank you cake during an evening celebration
