Kerry Volunteer Centre is delighted to be part of Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest 2019 interagency committee along with the HSE, Kerry County Council and other local organisations. The Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest aims to promote a positive sense of wellbeing and will highlight mental health services and supports which are available across the county.
Kerry Volunteer Centre has organised a host of free events for the general public, volunteers and organisations to attend. There is something for everyone including Wellbeing Tools for Employees/Volunteers in Work, motivational speakers on empowering yourself, library talks on the benefits of volunteering, coffee mornings, meditation, yoga, Safe Talk training, CPR for family & friends and a wide range of other activities!
